ABUJA- Abuja, Nigerian Tulip International Colleges hosted the fifth edition of Annual Science and Arts Fair on Wednesday the 21st of November 2018 between 10:30am and 2:30pm at NTIC Abuja School premises.

The fair which was visited by 544 pupils and students from 40 schools within Abuja was graced by dignitaries such as Prof. Nurethin, Vice Chancellor of Nile University, Dr. Adeola Ebenezer, Manager, National Teachers' Institute, Abuja, Mallam Salihu Yahaya, Ag. Director Department of Quality Assurance, Abuja, Arthur Onyeachu, Director, General Services, Federal Ministry of Education, distinguished parent just to mention a few.

The fair had interesting exhibition stands amongst which were; Automatic street Light Control, Fight of Flight response (Dissection of a frog), Magic square, Jug of Mysteries, DNA Extraction, Line Follower Platform,  just to mention a few.

There were also beautiful painting and art objects painted by NTIC students and teachers, 40 selected pieces of Ebru paintings, a traditional Turkish painting and posters from various competitions.

The fair was spiced up by beautiful presentations of traditional cuisines that ranged from diverse ethnic groups such as Hausa, Yoruba, Igbo, TIV, Fulani, Nupe, Oyo, Turkish, India just to mention a few.

The Fair participants were engaged with games and competitions such as, Spelling Bee, Tongue Twisters, Word Games, Figures of Speech in English and Food and Culture Game of France.

Visitors were exposed to various geographical locations and government issues such as the current economic situation in Nigeria, Equity Investment Decision and various items and of Nigerian ethnic groups like, Igbo, Hausa and Yoruba.

NTIC primary session was not left out as they also presented projects such as art designs and a few other ingenious projects.  

As the Fair’s slogan goes, the Fair was an exceptional time to IMAGINE, INVENT AND INSPIRE.
